Man Is Not To Change What God Says

Man does not have the authority to change the will of God on any subject.  There are a lot of false teachings that are being passed off as the truth.  We have been given severe warnings in the Bible concerning any changes we try to make to God’t word.  As we have already seen in Galatians 1:6-9, if we pervert the gospel by changing it, we will be accursed.

Another such warning comes in the closing verses of the Bible.  Revelation 22:18-19 says, “For I testify unto everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, and from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”  Additions, subtractions, and substitutions to what God has commanded is disobedient and sinful.  We have a standard today, and we are warned not to add to or take away from it.  These are very stern warnings that should get our undivided attention.

Dove%20and%20Water%20Only_medium How much stronger warnings could God give to those who try to make changes to His will when they change immersion into sprinkling, or to change the necessity of baptism for one to receive forgiveness of sins and be saved to their saying that baptism is not necessary for salvation.  God has said plainly that it is necessary.  We do not have the right to dismiss what we do not like.  I cannot think of a more flagrant crime against both God and man than to teach lost sinners, who are wanting to be saved, something different than what God says in the Bible.  To make an impression on them that they are already saved, when God has not promised it, is grievously wrong.

They also say one’t sins are forgiven and one is saved when he accepts Christ as his personal savior.  They say he can then be baptized later if he wants to in order to join that particular denomination; but as we have already seen, this contradicts what God has said and will cause many people to be lost eternally.

Since many people will not accept what God says, notice what 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 says, “Because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth.”

Do you have enough love for the genuine truth of God’s word that you will obey it instead of the counterfeit doctrines of men?  If you do not then God has promised to send you a strong delusion that you should believe a lie and be damned.  The false doctrines of men will cause many good people to be eternally lost.  There is nothing worse than causing a person to pass from this life with the false hope of going to Heaven.  Anything that differs from what God says in the Bible is false doctrine which is designed by Satan to cause people to be eternally lost in Hell.

If you were baptized for some reason other than for forgiveness of sins in order to be saved then you do not have salvation and you are still lost.  Who are you going to follow: God or man?  As our Lord warns us in Matthew 15:14, “And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”  Don’t allow someone, who has added to and taken away from God’t word, to lead you.  Open your eyes and read God’s word for yourself.  Those who have added to and taken away from God’t word will be lost.  If you continue to follow them, then you too will be lost.

What You Need to Do

In Acts 19:1-5 we have an example of twelve men the apostle Paul met at Ephesus.  They had something wrong with their baptism.  In verses 3-5 we read, “And he said to them, into what then were you baptized?  So they said, into John’s baptism.  Then Paul said, John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people, that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.  When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.”  These twelve men had been taught wrong and thus they could not have been baptized right.  When they found out there was something wrong with their baptism, they made it right. They were then baptized for the right purpose.

If you thought you were saved and your sins forgiven when you accepted Christ as your personal savior and you were baptized a week or so later, then the purpose of your baptism was not for the forgiveness of your sins so you could be saved.  But now you have learned the truth about the purpose of baptism from the scriptures that have been pointed out.  Please don’t rationalize away what you actually did to be saved and now say that you were actually baptized for the forgiveness of sins in order to be saved.  Many people end up doing this.  Please, do not be misled by false man-made doctrines.  Your soul’s salvation depends on your being right with God.dove_water

Is there something wrong with your baptism?  You may say no, but if there is, we cannot fool God.  He knows for sure and you will suffer the eternal consequences.  It will be a sad day when you stand before the Lord on the Day of Judgment if you find out there is something wrong with your baptism.  Have you been baptized for the right purpose and in the right way?  Baptism, that is done according to scripture, for the right reason and purpose, is such an easy thing to do.  It is not difficult, at all, to make sure it is done right.

Carnality … verses … Lust

Many Christians excuse their lust by saying they are just “Carnal Christians’ and thinking they will be excused from adultery, fornication, thefts of different kinds, white lies and black lies, gain-sayings and greed and covetousness. Just because they say they are “Not Spiritual Christians.” Just barely saved, but they will be satisfied to make it into heaven like that! They keep their fornication, their greed, their worldliness, and riches, and still have confidence they are going to heaven because false teachings have been given to them.

My Bible clearly says that no covetous person can enter heaven! No lair, nor anyone that loves lies can enter into heaven, no drunkards, no adulterer, no murderer, and all the things written in Galatians 5:19-21. So, let us look at the Scriptures that deal with carnality.

Romans 7:14-15 and 8:1-9 is all one passage. Star tin Romans 7:14 and read thru Romans 8:9. Here Paul explains that before Jesus Christ has set him free from the law of sin and death. That he could not do the things he wanted to do. With his mind he served God, and wanted to do right. But, a stronger law was at warring in his members, bring him into captivity to the law of sin “which is in my members, bring him,” vs. 23 and he cries “O wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this death?”

Vs. 25 gives the answer, “I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Then chapter 8, verse 2 adds “for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Vs. 6 “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritual minded is life and peace.” Vs. 7 “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So, then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.”

God is not going to have enemies in heaven! You will have to learn to pleas God, if you expect to enter heaven! (See, John 15:1-7) Vs. 9 “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His!. In 1 Corinthians 3:1,3 … the whole chapter deals with what carnal babies in Christ are, and how they act. “Envying, strife, and divisions” show carnality, but notice not once did Paul mention any of the sins recorded in Galatians 5:19-21.

Liking one preacher more than another … going to hear one preacher, but refusing to attend the revival if someone else comes to preach … pouting when you are corrected … not liking a preacher that preaches against your love of the world, etc … these are marks of carnality. Babies in Christ that don’t like straight preaching only want to be entertained with gifts and music, but they don’t want to take responsibility and work. Until we do grow up and learn to handle responsibility, God is not going to use us greatly.

In 2 Corinthians, Paul, says that “the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are might through God to the pulling down of strong holds.” Comparing this scripture with 1 Corinthians 9:11, Paul says, “If we have sown unto you spiritual things, it is a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?” This does not mean things of sin … but it means wheat, and corn, and things to eat.

Colossians 2:18 speaks of being “puffed up in our minds” as being carnal. Folks that do things for a show will sooner or later have to grow up and do things that are right, whether people life it or not. Hebrews 7:16 “Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.” This means a commandment given by men.

Hebrews 9:10 speaks of “carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.” These are ordinances or practices we do to help us remember the Lord. But, no where in the Scriptures does it say a man can practice sin in any way and still be a Christian!

Assignment: Search all the Scriptures and write down the important points in each Scripture that tell what the flesh does and what God is going to do to all who do the works of the flesh. So from now on, remember, that a carnal Christian may be be a baby in the Lord, but no saved man, woman, boy or girl commits sins that God tells them will take them to hell! May the Lord God richly bless you as you daily seek His divine will for your life in Christ Jesus.

How Do You Truly Feel About God, His Word, and Sharing The Gospel?

Prayer really does move the mighty hand of God
No one can make it here within this present evil world system without the power and presence of the Lord God.

Enthusiasm – Revelation 3:15-19

God is a true source of joy

Learn to rest in the care of the Lord God at all times

How do you truly feel about God, his Word, sharing the gospel, praying, and witnessing? Can you honestly say you are enthusiastic about these things? Or are you lukewarm or even indifferent about God and all that relates to Him? Is church a joy to you, or a duty? A lack of enthusiasm is a signal to us.

It means we have lost our sensitivity to the joy and holiness of God, that we have allowed other activities to rob our energy. If spiritual life has lost its appeal to you. it’s time to reignite your own fires of enthusiasm.

Confess the problem to God. Then commit yourself to extra time in God’s Word and more involvement with God’s work. Put yourself in a position to be affected by the Holy Spirit and the enthusiasm of others believers. God bless.

The word “Encapsulation” what does it mean?

The word “Encapsulation” what does it mean?

Defined: God gives you what is called; the right blessings at the right time, and no one but God can take them away, See (Job 1:21). Now, I just know I’ll get a lot in boxes because of someone’s misunderstanding about what I say here. But, it perfectly fine with me.

Standing Strong Through Hard Times

Don”t allow yourself to get cought in a down fall of daily sin and rebellion against the God of your salvation.

Hear me! Not even the continuing activity of your sin – keyword >> (nature) destroys the security of God’s Super-grace blessings in your life. Just look at, David, he is an example of this concept of encapsulation. God Himself gave, David, a greater variety of blessings than has been given to any other believer in all of human history.

As a nature believer, he David, was one of the wealthiest men in the world during his lifetime. His, David’s, son, Solomon, was the richest man on earth in his day; but, only because he inherited his father’s wealth. Now, as a born-again believer, as well as, apart of the whole body of Christ worldwide. I’m really encouraged by all the great things the Lord God blessed, David, to do in his time.

But, there were times when I didn’t feel so encouraged by what I had seen in, David. Thanks be unto God for opening my eye’s to see just how it is He can do such great things within us all. The Lord God open my eye’s to be able to see the following concerning brother, David.

Even after, David’s, fall God continued to keep, David, in all his ways. From a really good reading of the Holy Word of God. I can see, David, was also blessed with fantastic professional prosperity as the commanding general of the Jewish army and as the ruler of the Jewish nation.

He had wonderful, loyal friends; he owned palaces and ranches; he ate the best food, rode the finest horses, won decisive victories, and saw his establishment policies bring prosperity to Israel. But, according to my hours of study deep within the pages of the Holy Bible. I’ve found that despite, David’s, spiritual greatness, He’s today a target of maligning.

Legalists cannot understand his magnificent rapport with the Lord because they cannot fit his energetic lust for life into their unholy stuffy, sanctimonious molds.b Therefore, it’s my take it’s these believer’s who would have loved an excuse to skin, David alive.

So, in their arrogance, jealousy, sour grapes, or simple ignorance of the integrity of God, such self-righteous Christians claim that on the day, David, saw, Bathsheba – from his palace rooftop, he suddenly ceased to be a believer! How wrong they are! Believer’s are human; they can commit any sin an unbeliever can commit.

But, the plan of God is greater than anyone’s personal sins, just as it is greater than any historical disaster. I want everyone to hear me concerning the above message. To say that sin causes a believer to lose his/her salvation is to say that Christ’s work on the cross was not efficacious, that the divine decree is full of loopholes, that perfect grace depends on imperfect man, that justice is unfair, that God is not God.

As, I close; in other words, it is blasphemous. Once a person believers in Christ, that individual is saved forever (John 10:28).

Closing words:

Now David was more than merely a believer; he was a nature believer throughout the entire affair. All the fabulous prosperity that God had given him before he met Bathsheba belonged to him after the smoke had cleared. David, never lost a single special blessing that had come to him down the awesome pipeline of God’s blessings upon him.

Once again. It is my total desire to encourage you to truly be all the Lord God has called you out of the darkness of world to be. God bless. Read other encouraging messages Here >>> https://www.facebook.com/JuniorNDiaz
